Delivery Information

1.  Do I need to be present at the time of delivery?

​          No, you do not need to be present at the time of delivery.

2.  Can I set up a specific delivery time?

         Yes, you can set up a specific delivery time with Hoosier Baby.  

3.  Is there a delivery charge?

​          Yes, every delivery will be charged, $20.00.  If the location is outside of our delivery range, there will be an additional charge.  

Hoosier Baby Policy and Procedures

1..  When should I place my order with Hoosier Baby?

         It is best that you place your order as soon as possible to ensure your item(s) is available.

2.  Does Hoosier Baby install car seats?

          No, Hoosier Baby does not install car seats.  We will deliver the seat with all the necessary installation information.

3.  What method of payment does Hoosier Baby accept?

         We accept visa, master card, Discover and PayPal.. We also accept personnel checks and cash, however a credit card must also be on file for security

purposes.  Once we receive your inquiry, we will contact you and then create an invoice.  From there, you will decide how you would like to pay.

4.  Is there a minimum number of days that I have to rent items from Hoosier Baby?

         Yes, there is a minimum of 2 days that you have to rent the item.

5.  What happens if I rent an item and it is lost or broken?

          You are responsible for the inventory during your rental period. It is very important that you inform us of any problems that you are having with our 

          items as soon as possible. Items returned damaged or lost items will be charged at full replacement value to the credit card on file. This charge is in

          additional charge to the rental charge.  ​

Product Information

1.  Do you purchase used equipment?
         No, we purchase all products new. Each product meets JPMA standards and we are up to speed on ALL recalls of products.   
2.  Are your rental items sanitized?

         Yes, all of our equipment are 100% sanitized when they arrive at our facility and before and after each rental.  

3.  What is the car seat law in Indiana?

          All children under the age or 8 must be properly restrained in a child safety seat or booster seat.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation up to 48 hours before there will be a 10% cancellation fee.  For cancelation past the 48 hour mark, the full charge of the rental will be due,

minus the delivery fee.
